A playground is only as safe as the person who builds it!

Every step of the design, manufacturing, and safety-standards process depends on the final installation being done right — and a well-planned playground that's poorly installed is still an unsafe playground.

Before you sign a contract with any playground installer make sure you consider the following factors:

  • Do they design and build to SANS standards?

  • Do they use SABS approved materials?

  • Does your chosen installer have a long history of successful installations

    • Make sure you check out reviews from previous clients

    • Does your contractor have clients who use them over and over again?

  • Do their staff work efficiently and safely?

  • Do they have experience of building in your environment?

    • If you live by the coast, do they know to galvanise their hardware and metal structures to prevent erosion?
